  If you read my reviews, you know I love my local roasteries and craft coffee, but if I had to choose a chain.... this would be my number one. The coffee is strong, smooth, and consistent at every location.  Also, I love that this brand is made to be enjoyed black as I don't always want a milk-based drink.
  
  I just downloaded the app, and am amazed at the deals- I've already gotten several free drinks because of the BOGO on espressos. I typically spend upwards of 7$ on a cup of coffee at specialty shops... it makes me happy to know I've spent 6$ and change on four drinks here. I've already had a double-shot, a cortado, latte, cappuccino, nitro, cold brew... the list goes on.
  
  I've had different baristas here every visit, and the espresso pulls are always on pointe... perfect crema, great temp. They are super friendly too.
  
  What this place lacks in ambience, it makes up for in ample parking and seating. There's a huge patio outside, though it's not the quietest for chatting (freeway and street traffic get loud here).
  
  Overall, I look forward to returning when I get another BOGO offer in the app!

  Always getting prompt service and correct orders from here!
  
  The manager, in my experience, is helpful, personable, and seems to be a great leader. Jovial, well mannered, and tries to go the extra step. Everyone works very quickly and I've never had a bad experience at this store.
  
  Place is always tidy, and again, my order has always been correct. Even when orders are mistakenly made, they are very receptive to the feedback OR they catch it themselves and upgrade your drink size while letting you know just what's happening, so you're never standing there wondering.
  
  Excellent service and teamwork.

  Horrible experience I ordered a mixed berry drink and the lady in the morning shift tried to fight me saying it was the berry one when you could clearly see the ORANGE Peel  and she didn't want to change it what a way to start the morning zero stars for this place

  Typical a big chain coffee/tea shop just like the others, but this location has horribly slow WiFi.

  Quick heads up about Sept 29th, being National Coffee day. Came just before 8, expecting it to be a zoo and there was hardly a line. Also, not just coffee is offered for the deal. With my food purchase I opted for the iced green (orchard peach)tea. You can also get free regular ice coffee or the hot versions of both coffee or tea.
  The barista was lovely. Friendly and accommodating to each person in line, not just the regular customers.
  Super pleasant experience. Yay for great customer service!
